Put the image into the game’s user save directory (i.e.: `C:\Users\\Saved Games\DCS\Kneeboard\A10-C`). Create the directory, if it’s missing.
Abbreviations in “Where” column are:
* BR – bottom right
* CR – center right
* MR – middle right
* BL – bottom left
* CL – center left
* ML – middle left
